Hullo, I'm Astrologer Patrick Arundell, and here is your Astrology Overview for WC 12th February 2018. As this week begins, Venus is finding its way in the sign of Pisces. With Neptune already in the zodiac sign since 2012, and squaring with Mars all week, this can create a degree of uncertainty, lack of clarity, and even deceptive conditions. Where we are dealing with any kind of delicate issue, and especially around a relationship, we need to proceed with a great deal of care. Sincerity and trust can be undermined by this particular angle. While it is good to be compassionate and Venus will certainly help this in the sign of Pisces, we must also ensure that we do not end up feeling used.

That said, with the Sun alongside Mercury in the sign of Aquarius, there is an opportunity to cut through the froth, and grapple with what's real. Being an air sign, Aquarius gives us the chance to think, to debate, to analyse, and to consider, in a much more detached way, and this can provide some kind of balance, to Neptune's potentially swirling mist, in its right angle with Mars.

Thursday also sees The Partial Solar Eclipse in the sign of Aquarius, and the conjunction with Mercury does bring the more logical dimension to bear. Also the Moon, the Sun and Mercury in Aquarius, are angling towards Uranus modern ruler of Aquarius, located in Aries. All this creates a very dynamic environment, one which provides a backdrop for the next 6 months, and is urging us all to take part in any kind of collective activities which are good for person-kind. This can be wonderful for new scientific breakthroughs, and at a more down-to-earth level this is an opportunity to work on our friendships and link with a more diverse cross-section of people.
