Hullo, I'm Astrologer Patrick Arundell, and here is your Astrology Overview for WC 26th February 2018. As this week begins,Mercury is squaring with Mars. This is one of those planetary aspects or angles that can cause some mischief. If you imagine one of those days where we feel very restless, and have almost excess amount of nervous energy and find it hard to to achieve anything meaningful, this influence gives us a clue how this can feel. Furthermore with Mercury also located in the 12th Solar House, any issue to do with secrets, confidences or unspoken matters, battle with Mars' determination to be as open as possible, in the sign of free spirited Sagittarius. There is also a potential with this aspect to get something out of proportion, so if something is closing in on us our best approach is going to be to stay calm, step back, and really consider things rather than acting in any kind of impulsive way.

If we can do this, the Sun's angle to Saturn, which is much more constructive, can help us to work diligently and quietly behind the scenes on something that is important and I can have a bearing on our role at work, local community responsibilities, or around property matters.

The second half of this week however sees the Sun move into a conjunction with Neptune. This calls upon us to think of how we can be compassionate, and caring for others, and also the more aware potential to nurture ourselves. This can be a very spiritual combination, but may also just choke off of our physical vitality somewhat.

By Saturday, the Full Moon in Virgo opposes the Sun/Neptune combination, and we are asked to factor in the need to stay mindful of more earthy practicalities. In other words, as much as we can dream, fantasise, speculate, or drift off into our own private space, life is likely to ask us to consider some more realistic strands. The ephemeral energy of Pisces, therefore has to be balanced against the more tangible considerations of Virgo.
