Hullo, I'm Astrologer Patrick Arundell, and here is your Astrology Overview for WC 11th December 2017. The week begins with energies of last week's Quarter Moon, and the move of Mars into Scorpio still very much to the fore. This Quarter Moon can see is grappling with a desire to balance our independence with the demands of other people. Obviously this is a time of the year when sacrifice is a big part of the equation, and around our time if nothing else. So we may all find ourselves juggling our resources on the back of this.

Mars however moving into its home zone a Scorpio, is very exciting, not least because by the end of the year is going to be merging brilliantly with Jupiter and this combination can bring to bear a great deal of passion, persuasion, and the chance to transform areas of our situations that are ripe for it.

However Venus is squaring up with Neptune on Monday and Tuesday, running over from last week, so confusion around relationships is still possible, and in addition Mercury continues to retrace its steps and combines with the advancing Sun in Sagittarius on Tuesday and Wednesday. All of this suggest that we should try to avoid jumping to conclusions.

More positively, a wonderful alliance between Venus and Mercury from Thursday onwards can bring some real light and more social possibilities to bear, and also Saturn enters its last whole week in the sign of Sagittarius before it moves into its home zone of Capricorn next week for the next 2 1/2 years.

With Mercury in retrograde in Sagittarius facts and figures are still going to be the key, so if there are any discussions in our situations to do with contracts, business, or travel, for we are on the move personally we need to make sure that everything is very closely monitored to avoid any mishaps or glitches.
