Hullo, I'm Astrologer Patrick Arundell, and here is your Astrology Overview for WC 22nd January 2018. Monday and Tuesday sees the Sun in conjunction with Venus in Aquarius. This is a truly lovely combination, and one which can lead to greater cooperation, and also for us all to celebrate the things we have in common rather than those things that mark us as being different. In contrast, there is also a conjunction between Mercury and Pluto which runs on until Thursday. This can be a very penetrating combination, one which helps us to be very worldly and realistic about the ambitions and drives we have, and the goals that we want to achieve. But the first aspect of this week teaches us that whatever we want to do we can't do it in isolation from other people, and it is people that we should celebrate as a collective, under the transit the Sun and Venus through Aquarius.

Now of course Jupiter has been making a tremendous angle to Pluto since the turn of the year, and that continues this week, the impact to on the Mercury Pluto conjunction. And when Mercury and Jupiter get into a positive alliance like this it can give our thinking a lift, and make us more optimistic, but in the sign is that both Jupiter and are occupying in Scorpio and Capricorn respectively, in a realistic way.

However one planet does move out of Scorpio this week, and that is its traditional ruler of Mars, which powers into the expansive go getting adventurous sign of Sagittarius, where he will be for the following six weeks. This gives us all an opportunity to open up a little bit, after all since the turn of the year planets have been great for productivity, and is achieving tangible aims, but perhaps have have unless sociable dimension. The collection of energy in Aquarius, and with Mars in Sagittarius, will going to want to get together, if in a free-spirited way and spend some time chatting, and enjoying the exchange of ideas, no doubt some quirky jokes too.

Mind, by the week's end Mercury is clashing the modern ruler of Aquarius Uranus, located in Aries. They could still be some commitments responsibilities and obligations that are expected of us, that we can't just drop, still need to be worked through and in some cases prioritised. We refuse to do this, we may incur the wrath, of a client, boss, parent, the law, or some kind of officialdom.
