Hullo, I’m Astrologer Patrick Arundell, and here is your Astrology Overview for WC 30th December 2019. Welcome to New Year's week. A wonderful  and rare collection of planets in Capricorn, emphasised no more than the Sun conjunct Jupiter on the first two days, puts the focus very much on the more traditional parts of life, but some of these are most certainly subject to fluent and innovative changes.

This comes through the electric energies of Uranus above all else which links to both Mercury and Jupiter, but with Mars bustling into Sagittarius on Friday, this is an exceptionally go-getting energy, one which can urge us to quickly put into action any New Year's resolutions that we may have.

The turn of the year also sees the Moon in conjunction with Neptune in Pisces, and Venus in Aquarius conjunct the Sun/Moon Midpoint, suggesting that our ability to use resources collectively, more carefully, and to be conscious of the pollution we can affect personally.

The Quarter Moon, also on Friday, is in Aries, so more Fire energy challenging the Steady Eddie vibe of Capricorn. By the week's end, Saturn and Pluto are just 1 degree apart, so any part of our existence which does need to fundamentally change, is going to be clearer.
