Hello, I’m Astrologer Patrick Arundell, and here is your Astrology Overview for WC 5th May 2014. From Monday to Saturday the Sun forges one of its most awesome links which is to Jupiter. In traditional astrology this is one of the aspects of fortune and there's no doubt that if we are proactive this gives us an opportunity to be more successful. However, this week is not without its challenges and on Tuesday a Quarter Moon in Leo suggests that frivolous spending, reckless gambling or all out risk-taking is to be avoided at all costs.

On Wednesday, Mercury moves into one of its two home zones of Gemini for the following 21 days, and it is going to provide a platform for us to use our intellects to the maximum. If you enjoy learning new skills or engaging with others, this is an ideal time to go for it.

From Thursday through to Sunday Venus is in an opposition with Mars. This is one of those positions which can increase a sense of attraction between partners, or pull someone new into our sphere. Yet it can also cause a lack of balance in relationships in terms of relating in a kindly and gentle way or being too assertive.

Saturday and Sunday sees Mercury square up to Neptune. This can create quite a lot of confusion and because the last half of the week also sees the Sun in opposition with Saturn, is going to be important to be very clear in what we say. Precision, accuracy and fine details need to be tuned in really well. If you're buying or selling anything, be particularly cautious. Whilst someone may not intentionally set out to deceive you, under this influence at the very least misunderstandings are possible or at the worst, outright treachery.

The Sun's opposition to Saturn can also affect our sense of self, our neat energy and see us come into conflict with people who may choose to try and dominate us. Clearly it's also important to be conscious of our own motivations and attitudes too.

So, whilst there is this bright and breezy backdrop for pretty well the whole of the week from the Sun's angle with Jupiter, this is not a week that can be taken lightly and there are bumps in the road that we need to negotiate. Good luck!  For the full inside track, please watch the FREE video or visit my site... PatrickArundell.com
